Copper Woman (John Dotson’s dream of May 24, 2009)

some sort of central locale, public square

no crowd but some are gathered

a central figure is a young woman upon whom a ritual is to be enacted

she is to be coated in mail, completely covered in the metallic sheath–seems to be copper

first, the hierophant of the ritual douses the young woman in a fluid substance; it is not clear to what effect

then the coating is done, completely

it is as if the young woman is to be ‘rung’ inside a metallic bell

whatever it is to be, the transformative moment occurs

i am very concerned about the fate of the young woman

as the sheath is removed, i fear she will be dead, or severely debilitated, bloodied

but what i behold is much much more drastic and radical

what had been her body was now transformed into a scorched and formless mass devoid of human characteristics–as if her body had disappeared inside a cocoon shroud and burned into an archaic lump

it is an appalling and horrifying outcome

i am aware that more of this fluid is being brought out

the hierophant is moving to splash another person–it is not clear what the effects of the fluid will be
